How it works

Step 1: Register Caller ID [Number]. Caller ID [Number] has to do with the number you want your recipients to see as the caller. It is important this is registered otherwise the system would assign any random number. Although registering the caller ID may not totally prevent random display of caller ID.

Step 2: Destination Numbers. You would need to type or upload the phone numbers of your recipients(destination). Copying numbers from excel may lead to invalid format and that may assume international numbers. We advise you type, copy or upload numbers from ".txt" file but if you are copying from excel ensure you include the prefix "234" for Nigerian numbers. You can also send to your phonebooks.

Step 3. Upload WAV or MP3 audio file. This means the audio message to be transmitted must be in either WAV(Waveform Audio File Format) or MP3 audio file and maximum size allowed is 4MB.

Step 4. Launching of Voice Call: This has to do with transmitting your broadcast to the desired recipients/destinations. Please note that without sufficient balance in your account your campaign may not be processed. We would advise that you fund your account sufficiently before attempting to use this service.
